RVER33015BSS 30" - Cook like a pro with this powerful Viking range. The large 4.7 cu. ft. oven offers plenty of room for roasting large poultry or cooking multiple dishes at once. Using the largest convection fan in the industry, the Vari-Speed Dual Flow Convection System works bi-directionally for optimal cooking results. With the self-clean cycle, you can leave the cleanup to the oven; it uses extreme heat to burn away those baked-on spills, requiring only a quick wipe-down when the cycle is complete. The QuickCook Surface Elements utilize advanced ribbon technology to reach full power in about three seconds so you get the flexibility of an electric range with the speed and power of gas.
